We are now Open!

We’ve wanted to open a Rock Shop and Fine Mineral Gallery here in Reno, Nevada for some time and we finally made it. The store has many traditional rock shop favorites as well as a good selection of fine minerals and fossils for enthusiasts and collectors, and more.

It has been a long time coming and a bit more effort than we anticipated, but we made it. The last few weeks have been a lot of fun as we’ve been digging through dusty boxes in search of great rocks, minerals, fossils, and more to stock the shop with. Many of these items we haven't seen in years, even decades for some, and it has been a lot of fun for us unpacking them and remembering, or trying to remember, obtaining them. We hand-selected most of these specimens over the years from vast offerings. We love them and think you will, too!

Next? Now that we have opened the main room, we will resume renovations on a couple more rooms in the building and expand into them as they are complete. This will allow us to offer an even larger selection of Earth’s marvels.
